Effective Downwind Message

This program converts a BWM to an EDM. When doing this routine manually, it will take at least 10 minutes for a very well-trained NBC specialist.

For illustration purposes, the data entered is rather unlikely

You can see, that the vector length deminishes, although the wind speed remains the same.

When you press "Compute and Show", the vector map will be displayed, with the North arrow and some dots to the right of the vectors. These indicate "layerborders"

The main purpose of this bitmap (which can be printed) is to check the manual routines. It can also serve as a visual impression on how the wind changes.

We can now print the EDM :
