A-survey instructions

This instruction/report describes (in this case) a route survey, where measurements have to be taken for every 500 m, taking relevant doses into consideration.

The bottom half of the form is used when the measurements are reported to the NBC cell. Based on H and when measurements have been done, the H+1 factor is determined. As a bonus, you can compute H+x (x between 30 minutes and 7 days).
